RTRP-C is committed to building trusting relationships with the families and community partners we work with, while providing an enriching and rewarding volunteer experience.

Homeowners Application

RTRP-C Home repairs/renovations/modifications include minor to extensive repairs services provided by teams of volunteers. We provide safety modifications for eligible homeowerns throughout the year.

You may apply by printing out the application (PDF) and mailing or faxing it to us, at the address provided or by completing our online application (click here).

It is important to provide all of the supporting documentation with your application, so there is no delay in the review process.

All applications are reviewed and selected based on need and the resouces available which includes money, materials and volunteers necessary to complete the project in a timely manner.

Heroes at Home

This is a veterans’ program and we ask that you use the Homeowners Application above to apply for service, noting that you are a veteran.

Non-Profit Facility Application

RTRP-C provides services to eligible nonprofit organizations in the Rohnert Park, Cotati area, that serve the low-income population. These projects are scheduled for Rebuild Day April or our Fall Rebuild Day in October, dependent on the resources and volunteers available to complete the project.
